1885년 을유 감계담판 당시, 혼자서 네 명의 청나라 대표를 상대하던 조선 대표 이중하 선생은 이렇게 외쳤다. "백두와 장백은 2산인가 1산인가!"
그 날, 담판의 소란스러움 속에 묻혀버렸던 못 다한 말을 65주년 광복절을 앞둔 오늘, 제작진이 이어가려 한다.
